How Candidate Force Works for Employers

Balkan Candidate explains the market. Candidate Force is the platform where the recruitment work happens — under your control, at your pace.

Employers arriving here usually have one practical question: what exactly can I do on the platform before I commit to anything? These pages answer that, one function at a time.

We describe use cases rather than reproducing the Candidate Force homepage. When you want the product itself, the links on this page take you straight there.

What employers can do

  • Create a free business profile
  • Explore available candidate profiles
  • Publish a job
  • Receive applications in one place
  • Organise the recruitment workflow
  • Continue to contact and interviews through the appropriate plan

Platform use cases

Balkan Candidate explains the market. Candidate Force is the platform where the recruitment work happens — under your control, at your pace.

Availability of any specific profile type changes over time. Explore the current profiles rather than planning around a number.

Two sites, two jobs

It is worth being explicit about the division of labour. Balkan Candidate is an information layer: it explains the market, the professions and the verification questions. Candidate Force is a platform: it is where employers actually browse profiles, publish vacancies and manage applications.

Neither replaces the other. Reading a profession page will not fill your vacancy, and logging into a platform without knowing which specialization you need produces a shortlist you cannot evaluate. The sequence matters more than either piece on its own.

The platform model has a specific trade-off. You keep control of assessment criteria, which is decisive in technical hiring, and you keep the internal effort. If your organisation has nobody who can own the pipeline, that trade-off goes the wrong way — and we say so plainly rather than selling around it.

The pages in this cluster describe employer use cases one function at a time. They do not reproduce the Candidate Force homepage, because a copy of a product page helps nobody decide anything.

What the platform deliberately does not do

  • It does not act as a recruitment agency or prepare a shortlist for you
  • It does not guarantee that a specific profile type is currently available
  • It does not manage recognition or immigration procedures
  • It does not act as an employer of record
  • It does not screen candidates against criteria you have not defined

Frequently asked questions

Creating an employer profile and exploring the platform is free. Plans differ by hiring volume and the features you need; the platform itself is the authoritative source for current pricing.

No. There is no candidate registration, CV upload or job board for job seekers on this site. All candidate-side activity happens on Candidate Force.

More than an agency model and less than sourcing independently. The critical requirement is one named person who can define the role and assess candidates consistently.

Many employers use both: a platform for repeatable technical and volume roles, an agency for occasional senior or hard-to-define positions. The two are not mutually exclusive.
